Launch of Wiltshire Sight

On 26 September I went along to the launch of Wiltshire Sight, formerly the Wiltshire Blind Association, at their brand new Sight Centre on the Browfort campus in Devizes in a move  designed to accommodate the charity’s plans for increasing support to people living with sight loss in Wiltshire.

The event was well attended, and I met many friends and associates, and was very impressed to see the range of equipment available for those who need help with their visual impairment.

The new centre offers a fully fitted resource kitchen and Assistive Technology suite, with the latest products available for demonstration. There is also ample room for running training courses and offering social activities and more information is available at  www.wiltshiresight.org.
